Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
For a successful return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at business@bonneterre.in. Remember to ship the return to the designated address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Kindly note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
If your return meets the necessary criteria, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damaged or defective items:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. Should you find any defects, or damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and make it right.
Sale items and gift cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
For a quick exchange, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.
European Union 14-day cooling off period:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any specific justification. The item must meet the same return conditions mentioned above, and you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that the processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.
